Note 1 - Introduction

COSMOLOGY IS:

The study of the past, present, and future largescale structure of the Universe.

Within this definition, cosmology becomes the study of everything beyond the uniquely local, with all other scientific and philosophical disciplines being “sub-cosmological” in whole or in part. Thus, the fundamental aspects of astronomy, chemistry, cosmogony, and physics all sit squarely under the cosmology banner.

THE MALTA COSMOLOGY TEMPLATE IS NOT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH.

There are no new facts here. The Malta Cosmology Template doesn't explore new ground. It doesn't push on into the unknown.

THE MALTA COSMOLOGY TEMPLATE IS A DARWIN TEMPLATE

It is the Current Cosmology Paradigm subjected to the Darwin Templature methodology. The Paradigm has been stripped of its theories, hypotheses, logictraps, quasifacts, and bright ideas until all that remains is a naked factbase. Then it has been reassembled "evolutionarily" to become the most accurate, easily accessible, and readily updateable description of the Universe there is, providing a proper foundation from which scientists can venture productively out into the unknown.

The accuracy of the Malta Template comes from the selfproving mechanism that is inbuilt into any Darwin Template. A template that doesn't 100% selfprove is wrong and must either be rethought or abandoned. Contrast this rigour with that of the Current Paradigm which, because of the devolutionary nature of cosmology research, has no internal selfproving mechanisms and thus gives researchers no choice but to employ external confirmation by observation and experiment. Because the Malta Template selfproves, it cannot help but be the most accurate description of the largescale Universe it is currently possible to compile.

Imposing Darwin Templature onto an existing factbase can deliver a valuable side-benefit - what has previously been difficult to see clearly is often brought into sharp focus. With this ability, the Malta Template satisfactorily resolves many of the conundrums that are currently puzzling astronomers, cosmologists, chemists, and physicists.  (See Wikipedia - List of unsolved problems in physics (25 Dec 2014))
