Creating
a Darwin Template for an enterprise is costly and time consuming.
Doing so must therefore be justified by the end results.
To justify the creation of a Darwin Template, the enterprise must:
be measurably more efficient and cost-effective with the Darwin Template in use than it is without it.
Widely
employing The Malta Template within the Current Cosmology Model will
trigger more than enough advantages and benefits to justify its
creation. Consider the following:
- The
Malta Template is the most accurate, and at the same time, the most
concise description of the physics of the Universe currently
available. It is accurate and concise because all speculation is rigorously excluded.
- The
Malta Template is potentially the most up-to-date cosmology reference
work of all: only "potentially" because, while it is designed to be quickly and easily updateable,
someone has to take responsibility for that quick and easy updating.
- The
Malta Template has a formal structure that allows quick
navigation to any aspect of the cosmology factbase. In comparison,
the Current Model is an informal structure in which
its factbase is not clearly differentiated from its (often
conflicting)
theoretical elements, making navigation around the
Model a complex business.
- The
Malta Template resolves all the conundrums found in the
Current Model that are currently resolvable. It is able to do this
because its structure is evolutionary and not devolutionary. This is,
of course, a one-time benefit because once the Template is
complete there will be fewer conundrums left to
resolve.
- Making
full use of the Malta Template will result in a measurable decrease
in the cost per new fact confirmed, when compared to the current cost
of confirming new facts (assuming an unchanged deployment of
personnel and resources). This is because the Template directs
attention toward areas of research more likely to result in
the confirmation of new facts and away from those less likely.
- Making full use of the Malta Template will
result in a measurable increase in the number of new facts confirmed
over a given time period, when compared to the current rate of
confirming new facts (assuming an unchanged deployment of personnel and
resources). This is because the Template directs attention toward
areas of research more likely to result in the confirmation of new
facts and away from those less likely.
- Making
full use
of the Malta Template will improve the speed at which cosmologists
can be trained and improve the quality of the output. This is
because the
accuracy, conciseness, and easy navigability of the Template make it an
excellent teaching resource as well as the "first call" physics
reference work.
- The
Malta Template
is "understandable by any reasonably intelligent layperson
prepared to make a reasonable effort" (which cannot be said of
much of the Current Model). Consequently, its widespread
dissemination will increase the understanding of the subject by
the general public AND will increase the desire to understand.
- Because the Malta Template is "understandable by any reasonably intelligent
layperson prepared to make a reasonable effort", its widespread
dissemination will increase opportunities for amateur cosmologists to
make meaningful contributions to the paradigm.
